I saw your post about what you should aim for for your calorie intake. How old you are and how tall you are are important factors to it as well as how active you are. The more active you are, the more calories you need. From what going to Jenny Craig has told me, aiming for about 1600 calories would probably be about average and healthy, especially if you're working out and exercising regularly. Seeing as you're young, you need more calories than say someone who's 50.</title><description>&lt;p&gt;Thanks for the help! I greatly appreciate it! I did in fact google around and I entered in all my statistics and everything and I found a great site that let me enter in how much weight I wanted to lose and in what time span and they were able to calculate how many calories I should intake each week in order to reach my goal and it calculated to just around 1200 but only because I want to lose it fast which I probably shouldn’t do. If I plan to do a gradual decline it would probably be more around 1600-2000.&lt;/p&gt;

I figured it wasn&amp;#8217;t that much but then I came across this picture in my trash folder&lt;/p&gt;
